Start as a Sales Representative

By joining the Sales Team at Mars Belgium (HQ in Zaventem) you will represent our beloved brands at a high standard , developing the preferred supplier image of the company in grocery stores. You will be reporting to a Field Manager who will mentor you to ensure you succeed in your role and develop from day one.

You can expect taking on responsibility fast to grow the business by building strong and mutual relationships with your clients.

'After graduating from Vlerick Business School, I joined Mars in a start role as sales representative. Immediately I learned everything about our products and retailers and evolved my soft skills by dealing with different types of personalities. After a few months, I moved to the office as Field Operations Coordinator where I’m working with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our field force. Since personal development and associate engagement are at the core of Mars, I also had the opportunity to work on different projects to broaden my business scope and take on new challenges. 'After studying bio engineering and Management, I started working for Mars in 2017 in the Sales Representative Graduate Role. 8 months later I moved to the Category Team as Customer Marketing Coordinator Food for 1 ½ years and recently became Category Manager Food .
