Jr. M&Ms Brand Manager – São Paulo

In Mars Wrigley Brazil, M&M´S is the 1st brand in NSV and 2nd priority within the business, playing an important role on the Value Creation and break-even speed up.

In that context, the Brand Manager position is key to develop and implement the brand strategy for both short and long term. Develop, lead, and guarantee the brand strategy implementation by working close and influencing key stakeholders inside and outside the company.

What are we looking for?

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related areas
·  English fluency; Spanish desirable
·  Previous experience in Marketing
·  Experience in FMCG companies
·  Business Management
·  Advertising campaign development/deployment
·  Regional and global interactions
·  Strategic plan development and implementation;
·  People management.

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Deliver business target results (NSV, market share, equity measures and profitability)
·  Responsible for P&L management, with focus on lines from NSV up to Contribution Margin in order to achieve profitability targets. Identify, recommend and conduct cost optimization programs
·  Provide inputs for S&OP+ process validating brand forecast, and other strategic requests
·  Responsible to provide a category business diagnostic and follow up analysis that considers market indicators, competition and consumer analysis, to support the marketing strategy
·  Develop & recommend communication strategy, managing brand budget and partnering with relevant internal and external players in order to guarantee a flawless execution
·  Responsible for the innovation pipeline strategy in Brazil (portfolio assortment, product adaptation, and pricing strategy);
·  Contribute to development of functional and technical skills in brand
