Job Purpose and Overview

To ensure the Queretaro and Poncitlan factories will always have the required pack materials, on time, to complete the daily production strategy, considering the financial inventory target (55 mio) and also the downloads timing to decrease the time the suppliers wait in the courtyard to be downloaded and avoiding any shutdown because of lack of packs. This position will be in charge of the pouch and can requirements.
To ensure the master rolls are brought on time to the factory, to accomplish the Nishibe production plan of empos; so that que Wet production plan of finished goods can be fulfilled. This position is in charge of all the operating activities of both of the Nishibes and their production plan; besides the activities with HUH.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accountable for the availability of the 255 pack materials for MX01 and MX16 on time, sharing the forecast and PO to the suppliers on time and creating the necessary ways of working with the commercial team to make sure the product will be available when needed, considering the target inventories in MXN for the financial target and in tons accordingly to the warehouse capacity and the quantity of downloads achievable per shift.
2. Coordinate the appointments for the containers that come from Germany with the master rolls and with the supplier of Cans; ensuring that there is enough space in the warehouse to store them.
3. Weekly management of the production plan of the Nishibe, making sure the team knows the plan and also responsible for the availability of the master rolls that are needed on time, coordinating the logistics and the timings with the supplier.
4. Accountable of coordinating the shipment of Empos to complete MX01 weekly production plan.

Context and Scope
This job contributes to the business from two perspectives:
The finished product will be produced as needed because of the availability of pack materials on time to make sure the finish product should be available as production planning need it, to ensure the Case Fill per channels.
The inventory target should be accordingly to the financial target in order to accomplish the cash targets needed by the company.

Job Specifications and qualifications
1. Education & Professional Qualification
• A degree, preferably in one of the Engineering, basic sciences or business related disciplines.
• Bilingual - Ability to communicate clearly in English.
2. Knowledge/Experience
Minimum Qualifications
• Ideally 1-2 year experience in a Production or Supply Environment.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and continuous improvement.
• Ability to convey communications clearly and concisely.
• Sense of Urgency
• Ability to work in multifunctional teams, actively participating.

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to tolerate an ambiguous environment
