Key Responsibilities/职位描述

Coordinate the sell in and offtake plan across e-KA while tracking the inventory

Coordinate and manage the demand planning with accuracy with supply chain team

Manage and coordinate the SOP process and documentation with NSOP team and Financial team

Assist to develop the Trade Marketing plan to contribute across e-KA of Tao-Platform. Be responsible to design tailor- made trade animation calendar base on marketing calendar and store calendars to create winning edges

Annual and monthly promotion planning

Support Ali-head for data collection and analysis

Manage and coordinate TP spending to achieve good ROI and cost efficiency

Regular visit to trade partners to understand the trend, competition status, identify business opportunities, and maintain good relationship

Regular store visit to collect competitors' information, the clipping of brand exposures, and develop consumer insights

Qualifications/任职条件

At least 3 - 5 years' working experience in TMKT or sales force function of FMCG

Working experience at retailing or e-commerce is a plus;

Good communication and cooperation both internally and externally;

Analytical skills on KPI/ROI evaluation

Good mathematics skill

Strong ownership and responsive

Proficient skill on Office, especially on PPT & Excel
