Mars is looking for a Data Model Analyst
- based at any Mars Hub Site in US and EU

In this role, you would be responsible to execute approved change management of enterprise data requirements through agile development, testing and deploying the end product. Key navigator of internal technologies and collaborator of both external and internal resource to ensure the data build is as expected and delivered on time through thorough testing controls, signoff and scheduled release management. Ensure day to day operations of production product timelines.

What are we looking for?

·  University Degree / Bachelor’s Degree
·  Professional finance qualification and/or Digital Finance desirable
·  Finance/Accounting knowledge
·  2+ years of experience in creating, changing and delivering data for Financial Reporting systems
·  1+ years in managing projects or change management processes.
·  1+ year in Datalake data modeling process

What would be your key responsibilities?

·  Schedule the delivery of multiple new or changing demands for data through capability, process or integration procedures
·  Lead agile develop of the defined change with diverse teams
·  Maintain process controls and master data to ensure the integrity and timely delivery of data
·  Manage the completeness of production data processes such as Period End, Forecasting and Planning
·  Analyze performance of data model and recommend improvements
·  Maintain “Confidential” data through secure policies, controls and processes
