Job Summary

Oversee the day to day operations of the warehouse, rehearsal facility, and costume shop, located off property. Budgetary responsibilities include the solicitation of properties and costume rentals and the facilitation of those rentals. Maintain purchase order logs and file documentation upon payment, ensuring that orders match packing slips. Monitor and stock warehouse to ensure items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner. Examine and inspect items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Supervise change over process of each production. Pull properties from stock for each show. Manage the building and design of some properties elements. _x000D__x000D_Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

Follow company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor. Welcome and acknowledge all guests and customers according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and thank customers with genuine appreciation. Answer questions regarding services/features and hours of operation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested._x000D_
