An exciting opportunity has become available for a Reservations Supervisor to join the our team!

About the role:

·  Manage the reservations department to ensure the highest conversion of enquiries
·  Ensure all reservations are handled courteously, efficiently and are processed in a timely manner
·  Ensure the effective management of room allotments in the PMS as per guidelines to maximize selling opportunities
·  Monitor and ensure the inputting of all reservations is completed in a timely manner
·  Monitor arrivals lists each day to ensure accurate and complete information
·  Liaise with the Sales Department for any promotions

What we are looking for:

·  Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
·  Experience with OPERA and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
·  Excellent time management and communication skills
·  High attention to detail
