W Istanbul is looking for "Reservation Agent"!

· University degree from Tourism and Hospitality field,
· Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position in five star hotels,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish,
· Very good knowledge of Ms Office applications,usage of opera system,
· To have a sales technique, good customer service, communications skills, and attention to detail,
· Outstanding listening and problem solving skills required,
· Excellent organizational skills required,
· Flexible to a changing schedule,
· No military obligation for male candidates

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Reservation Agent;

·  Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

·  Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
·  Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.

·  Verify availability of room type and rate.

·  Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.

·  Accommodate and document special requests.

·  Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
