Senior Reservation Agent

JOB SUMMARY:

·  process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail for Sheraton Grand Warsaw and The Westin Warsaw
·  identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type
·  provide information about rooms, rates and amenities
·  upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
·  maintain updated records in reservation system

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

·  at least one year of professional experience in reservation department or front desk
·  excellent verbal & written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
·  customer service attitude
·  excellent time management and organization skills
·  experience with hotel reservations software and travel planning websites will be an asset
