What are my responsibilities?
The Event Booking Center is part of the Cluster Sales department of the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel and the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. This department receives all group and catering requests from clients and makes sure all clients receive an appropriate offer.

As a Multi Property Reactive Sales Trainee, your responsibilities are including but not limited to:

• Assisting the sales team in the coordination of different sales activities carried out by the team. For example, preparing site inspections, putting requests into the system & ordering office supplies.
• Responsible for the Daily processing of incoming requests for group bookings.
• Assisting the Supervisor & Director with running daily and weekly reports.
• Responsible for incoming contracted and non-contracted leisure requests for both properties
• Handling business requests.
• Assisting clients on the phone with questions.

• You are currently attending a hospitality or related study and need to do an internship as part of your studies.
• Can communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• You have strong administrative and organizational skills.
• You are available for minimum 5 months.
