POSITION PURPOSE:

Our Ambassadors build trusted, long-lasting, personal connections with the company's most elite guests, by facilitating their personal experiences both in and out of stay. By caring holistically for these guests one to one, the Ambassador generates unprecedented guest satisfaction and helps to increase profit across our family of brands. Each Ambassador works proactively to own the relationship with a dedicated pool of guests.

JOB SUMMARY:

Marriott Ambassadors deliver extraordinary personal service by promptly and accurately responding to the inquiries of our most loyal guests via phone, mail, email and chat. Ambassadors will anticipate guest, actively listen answer questions and resolve any issues in an efficient and effortless experience. As a dedicated contact for their guests, Ambassadors will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing each guest's needs and recommending tailored travel solutions that enhance their travel experience, deepening their loyalty to Marriott's products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Initiate, maintain and develop regular contact with your dedicated group of elite guests and manage all aspects of their travel needs.
·  Learn individual preferences of your guests and tailor services accordingly. Make recommendations for travel based on guest preferences, special occasions, offers/promotions.
·  Contact your guests for special occasions, reminders of upcoming special events. “Surprise and delight” your guests based on preferences learnt.
·  Monitor guests' stays and re-arrange if necessary in case of delay, weather, and other disruptions.
·  Maintain positive relationships with our hotels, and departments within the CEC. Work with hotel teams to ensure best possible guest experiences and to resolve any potential issues.
·  Maintain and continuously update hotel and destination information in order to quickly respond to inquiries.
·  Monitor account activity, status, promotion participation, redemption threshold activity, elite qualification progress, and other details for Bonvoy members.
·  Ad hoc project work, pilot, work proactively to meet all team and office goals.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Great passion for world class customer service.
·  Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work well independently and within a team, exercise initiative and multi-task as appropriate. Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills are critical.
·  Ability to flex communication skills via the appropriate channel.
·  Minimum of 6 months experience in current role
·  Loyalty training is required.
·  Candidates must be in good standing in terms of attendance and overall work performance.
·  Preferred languages: German, however, other languages are also welcome.
