Construction of the largest full-service Marriott-branded hotel in Shanghai, Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre opened its doors on 24 November, 2011. Located aside People's Square and Park on Xi Zang (Middle) Road, the Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre enjoys a premium downtown location. Nanjing Pedestrian Street is a 30 second stroll from the hotel's street entrance. The BUND, Suzhou Creek and the lively Xintiandi are all within easy walking distance.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :

As the essential component of Loss Prevention, Security Guard takes the basic

responsibility of security and safety. They should keep the safety at their working area. Monitor the nearby entrance & area, report any suspicious objective. Make sure property equipments are work normally, and report any defect and damage and unsafe situation. In the event of an emergency, guard should follow the instruction of Security supervisor to perform their duty.

作为保安部的基本组成部分,保安承担了安全工作的基本职责。要确保自己工作区域内的安全。对附近的进出口和区域进行观察监视,发现可疑情况要立即报告。确保酒店设备的正常运转,发现任何故障、损坏或不安全的情况要立即上报。在紧急情况发生时,保安要服从保安主管的指示,履行自己的职责。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :

Security Operation 安全操作

· 
Safeguard the property and life of both guests and employees. Make patrols and inspect the hotel, especially the important place i.e. exits, in order to eliminate hazards or subdue a criminal action.

保护酒店客人、员工的生命财产安全。巡查酒店区域,特别是重点区域,如:逃生通道,以避免灾害和犯罪行为的发生。

Work with walkie-talkie for easy contact.

工作时携带对讲机以便联系

· 
Record any meaningful information on Memo Book in the sequence of chronology; include duty rolling, suspicious objective, damaged equipment, unsafe situation, etc.

将工作时发生的事情按时间顺序记录在“工作日志”上。包括岗位轮换、可疑目标、设备损坏和不安全因素等。

· 
Implement the hotel rules on Lost & Found, fill in related forms and report the lost to relevant department immediately.

执行酒店关于“失物招领”的相关规定,填写相应的表格,并立即报告相关负责部门。

· 
Pay attention to all the people in the hotel to ensure their actions are not dangerous to the hotel.

关注酒店内所有的人员,确保他们的行为不会危害酒店利益。

· 
Assist Human Resource in inspecting staff's locker. Report to on duty security supervisor directly before performing the duties.

协助人事部检查员工更衣箱。在这之前要报告当值的保安主管。

· 
Perform other duties assigned by Director of Loss Prevention.

Emergency Response 紧急应对

· 
Respond to emergency calls and follow the instruction of security supervisor .

接到报警呼叫后,按保安主管或管理层的指示行动。

· 
In the event of an emergency, get to the scene immediately as instructed, find out the facts and then report to Security Supervisor in shift. Control the situation and perform first aids if necessary. Meanwhile, make a detailed report.

在紧急情况发生时,按指示立即到达现场,找出原因并报告当班保安主管。控制现场情况,在需要时进行急救。期间要进行详细的报告。

Care of Equipment 设备维护

· 
Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.

监督设备的维护和使用。

Ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.

及时报告设备故障和维护不足的情况。

Training And Employees Activities 培训和员工活动

· 
Attend scheduled training. 参加计划内的培训活动。

Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.

Grooming And Hygiene 仪容和卫生

· 
Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel. 遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。

Attendance 出勤

Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.
