Qualifications :

Job Summary

As a Lobby host you will be the first and last point of contact for the guest. You are responsible to give a warm welcome, providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times. Your role will include key responsibilities including but not limited to:

·  Welcoming and acknowledging each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly greeting, as well as thanking guests with genuine appreciation at the end of their stay
·  Offering a professional, friendly, warm and engaging service at all times.
· 
Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact, engaging guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services and local area recommendations

· 
Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery

· 
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries as necessary

· 
Deal promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with any guest requests, queries or concerns

· 
Offering guests assistance with luggage, property amenities, taxi bookings, local attractions, restaurant bookings and directions.

Skills Required

Essential:

· 
Excellent Customer service skills

· 
Good communication skills

· 
Local knowledge

· 
Good level of Physical Fitness as candidate will be required to carry large amounts of luggage




This is a Casual role. Rate of pay is £8.64 to £9.21 per hour

Must be available to work a variety of shifts and times between the hours of 7am and 11pm on a variety of days.
