Desired profile



Qualifications :

· 
To ensure that all areas which include but are not limited to; male and female changing rooms, all studio area, public spaces and offices are thoroughly cleaned as instructed to the highest standard.

· 
To have a full working knowledge of cleaning materials used as per the SOP manual.

· 
To have a full working knowledge of cleaning equipment used within the Leisure and Spa department.

· 
Ensure all maintenance defects and any breakages are reported immediately to the Director of Leisure.

· 
May need to report to the DOL, DOG or other supervisors on any given day.

· 
Ensure any lost property is left within the designated area and recorded correctly.

· 
Maintain strict security precautions to safeguard all keys.

· 
Maintain a high standard of personally hygiene and general appearance as per the Company grooming standards.

· 
To supply the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public areas or in the back of house areas.

· 
Adhere to all audit standards and ensure that the Hotel and Leisure audits are passed monthly and annually.

· 
To carry out any reasonable requests made by the Director of Leisure.

OTHER

·  Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
·  This is a customer facing role, grooming standards and professionalism is of the utmost importance. The ability and flexibility to deal with general customer queries is an essential element of the role.
·  To respond to needs of customers in a fast paced varied environment and being able to quickly adapt to situations.
·  Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.
·  Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 40 hours per week and varied shifts in a 24 hour day.
·  To attend and contribute positively to all training courses for which you are nominated.
·  To attend Short Takes Daily.
·  To understand the concept of the Spirit to Serve Programme using its principles at all times
·  To ensure you are aware of Art of Hosting and incorporate into your working practices
·  To know and follow evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
·  To pursue your duties in a safe manner with due regard to the Health & safety of yourself and your colleagues.
