Qualifications :

POSITION PURPOSE

To perform the Ken Fix it maintenance task to the allotted room quota and the weekly quota for public areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Responsible for maintenance/ technical attention in accordance with the Ken Fix it program to guest rooms and public areas in the entire hotel.

- Responsible for working to stipulated quotas, for ensuring those areas are left in a safe condition and for the proper use and security of Ken Fix it equipment and trolley.

- To assist with other maintenance work as directed

- To maintain the equipment and tools in good order and to maintain all stores organized.

- Initiates orders for supplies for trolley and maintain records of work completed.

- To show the interest in learning all available new technology and the latest products related to our values and brand standards and to be able to apply that in our hotel.

- To share in the implementation of the training programs that will result in better productivity and better work environment.

- To attend the conducted technical trainings, and to assure of the correct implementation.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

We do expect that you do have the experiences/ behaviors below. You:

- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position;

- Previous experience of 5 star hotel will be an advantage;

- Totally embrace the philosophy of guest and customer service and owns the guests;

- Identify yourself with the hotel's brand and operating philosophy;

- Possess a warm and friendly demeanor;

- Thrive on pride of work and its product;

- Play as a team to achieve common goals
