Our team of professional service providers is looking for a Lady or Gentleman as a In Room Dining Supervisor (m/f).

Your tasks are:

·  Coordination and providing a smooth and guest oriented service
·  Coordination with all involved departments
·  Roster creation of our Ladies & Gentlemen within the In Room Dining
·  Professional support of our guests by giving recommendations
·  Hosting our guests and handling of complaints
·  Mise-en-place of the service trolley
·  In charge of our quality standards

Your qualifications:

·  Experience in Service and a similar position
·  Successful completed apprenticeship as well as professional experience within the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
·  Friendly, open-minded and professional appearance
·  Autonomous and independent way of working
·  Creativity and flexibility
·  German skills are mandatory
·  A valid work permit for Austria
