As a Guest Environment Expert, you help build customer loyalty by creating an environment that is clean, organized and thoughtfully presented.

First impressions are important. Every time a guest walks into a Lobby or enters their room, we want them to be impressed. Impressed, by the cleanliness as well as the attention to detail that shows we care.

Flexibility

We understand that flexibility is important to you. This job allows you to:

• Build your own schedule (pick and choose open shifts that work for you)

• Work when and where you want (choose from multiple hotels near you)

• Help define work shifts that fit your schedule. Examples include :

‒ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm weeknight shifts for people working M-F day jobs

‒ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm shifts for parents needing to drop off and pickup their kids

‒ Weekend shifts for people with weekday commitments

‒ Tell us what shifts work for you and we'll do our best to make them work!

Who we're looking for

What we're looking for

What you'll do

• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms

• Make beds and fold sheets

• Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items

• Greet guests and take care of requests

• Straighten desk items, furniture and appliances

• Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings

• Vacuum carpets and floor care duties

This role requires the ability to move and lift 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
