Job Summary


Cluster Reservation Agent:

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.

• Identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room type, and verify availability of room type and rate

• Verify availability of room type and rate.

• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.

• Accommodate and document special requests.

• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations

• Input and access data in reservation system

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position, premium environment preferred

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Italian and English; a third language is preferred (German/French)

• Knowledge of Marriott systems (MARSHA preferred) and Ms Office applications, usage of PMS System (OPERA),

• To have a sales technique, good customer service, communications skills, and attention to detail,

• Excellent organizational skills required,

• Flexible to a changing schedule
