Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Pharos Hospitality . The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.

Job Summary

·  This position is to fill the full time night audit shift and would be a set schedule.
·  The Night Auditor is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, registering guests into the computer.
·  Night Auditor's need to make reservations for future arrivals and walk in guests.
·  They will need to promote the Marriott Rewards program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members as well as provide enrollments for non members.
·  The Night Auditor will accept payment for guest accounts both at time of registration and check out. Maintain a house bank, make deposits and accurately report receipts daily.
·  Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
·  Answer the Aloft telephone calls and answer questions and requests with 100% accuracy.
·  The main function of the Night Auditor is to preform the system audit and roll the day over.
·  The Night Auditor is also responsible for generating hotel reports and sending them to the appropriate managers.

Job Requirements



·  Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
·  Front desk experience in hotels is strongly preferred.
·  Strong knowledge in customer service and in computers.
·  The ability to work weekends and holidays.
·  It is required that the Night Auditor is a reliable employee and has impeccable attendance.
