Qualifications :

Job Description:

·  Actively be involved in the daily running of the bars venues.
·  Coordinate tasks and oversee performance of Food and Beverage Attendants, ensuring maximum productivity and complete guest satisfaction are achieved.
·  Ensure smooth flow between Food & Beverage Attendants and Kitchen team.
·  Handle guest concerns and complaints according to Hotel standards and solicit guest feedback for continual improvement.
·  Provide initial and ongoing on the job training of Food and Beverage Attendants to ensure standards are adhered to.
·  Assist in completing administrative duties including rosters, logbooks and financial reports.
·  Uphold Westin standards and the hotel's policies and procedures.
·  Complete weekly rosters

Requirements:

·  Previous supervisory experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel bar environment or upscale bar.
·  Valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety and Hygiene certificates.
·  Advanced wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge with the ability to train others.
·  Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
·  Advanced communication, organizational and service recovery skills.
·  Must have the flexibility to work on a 7 day roster including public holidays and weekends.
