Qualifications :

This role is to assist with the Events Office administrative duties but also to assist the Events managers, Executives and sales associates. As part of the reactive events team, you will be allocating bookings and responding directly to enquiries whilst ensuring our response standards are met. Executing daily, weekly and monthly tasks and assisting the events team with day to day responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

· 
Educated to ‘A' Level standard

· 
Prior hospitality sales or hospitality guest experience preferred.

· 
Strong administrative skills

· 
Computer literacy, particularly word processing and spread sheets

· 
Knowledge of Opera PMS or Sales & Catering preferred but not essential

MEASURES

Achievement of catering budget

Meeting Questionnaire returns (ESS)

Conversion on Meetings and Groups from enquiries
