What we're looking for

· Sustained and proven experience in a similar five-star, high volume environment

· Demonstrable skills in hospitality and providing exceptional customer service

· Has a full UK Driving License

As our new Door Person, you will be responsible for:

· As a Doorman at St Pancras, you are one of the first associates that a guest comes into contact with. At Renaissance, we believe that every ambassador is an innovator, explorer, and relationship builder, someone who is able to identify the key details that make something uniquely interesting and provide guests with intriguing information about the locale

· You should tailor your approach by reading cues from each guest to ensure that they feel at home from the moment they arrive
