We are opening new stores and transforming many in our existing estate which will require continuous investment to ensure each are industry leading and fit for purpose, for both our customers and colleagues.

We have a brand-new role for a Programme Analyst to join our Property function. You’ll be working with multiple Property Programme Office Teams to ensure systems and data are maintained and fit for purpose; while identifying ways to interpret information into useful outputs which will improve the overall time, cost and quality of programmes to enable and support our decision making.

We are looking for a Programme Analyst who can analyse trends, interpret data and identify the risks and benefits through new and existing systems.

What you will be doing:

·  Working with multiple teams across the property Programme Office to improve systemization of workstreams, challenging missing data and working collaboratively to resolve.
·  Define the requirement, frequency and intention of meetings. Chairing these meetings to coordinate the various Teams and record all changes and activities
·  Maximizing efficiency of the Programme Office by utilizing existing and creating new process’s, system capability, excel reporting and Power BI outputs
·  Creating and maintaining ‘Clash’ testing of multiple workstreams to identify any project clashes which may result in duplication and additional cost or disruption
·  Management of the change management documentation process for our New stores, tracking change in specification and any associated costs
·  Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards and visuals which are tailored for the audience to aid decision making and drive efficiency
·  Create and maintain programme plans, defining the programme critical path. Track and report slippage & Risk; work with stakeholders to mitigate risk and escalating where necessary.
·  Engagement of various key colleagues, stores and activities through the property governance process

Who we are looking for:

·  A keen eye for detail and can consistently deliver to high quality standard
·  Ability to articulate information from a variety of inputs in a clear and concise manner to drive decision making
·  Can translate and interpret complex data into useable resources and can tailor outputs depending on the audience
·  A high level of experience of Microsoft Excel skills to maximise efficient tracking and reporting
·  A high level of Microsoft PowerPoint & Power BI skills to visualize and escalate risks/progress with stakeholders
·  Confident to challenge in a constructive way
·  A self-starter who acts on opportunities to improve efficiencies
·  An analytical mindset and driven to deliver the best solutions for both our colleagues and customers
·  Able to build and maintain relationships with multiple, cross-functional Teams and encourage a collaborative approach
·  Knowledge of retail operations, quantity surveying or project management
