M&S is going through an exciting period of transformation and change.

M&S Clothing & Home (C&H) is looking to significantly scale its digital capability with the Demand & Fulfilment product as a key enabler and we therefore now have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Junior Product Owner – Demand & Fulfilment.

This role will collaborate across M&S C&H to identify, develop and implement new technology-enabled capabilities, both tactical and longer term, that improve how we manage JDA Demand & Fulfilment. The role will support the Product Owner to develop the roadmap and build a backlog for Demand and Fulfilment

Key responsibilities, amongst others, will include to: -

·  Assist the Product Owner with defining the roadmap for Demand and Fulfilment
·  Define user stories, features and functionality that alleviate current pain points
·  Perform analysis to support hypothesise and understand business problems
·  Assist the Product Owner to measure the value and impact of the deployment of your products
·  Partner with Delivery Managers and Engineers to deliver new capabilities
·  Gain first-hand insight and a deep understanding of C&H customers, colleagues and pain points for JDA Demand & Fulfilment
·  Become an active member of the JDA Demand & Fulfilment special interest groups to provide help optimising the use of JDA Fulfilment
·  Track industry developments and identify innovation opportunities for your product/s

To succeed in this role you will ideally have Replenishment system knowledge, JDA Demand & Fulfilment is preferred but not essential. Experience as a product owner is preferable but not essential.

With a clear passion for data, you will be proactive and solution driven. You will have great communication skills with the ability to organise and prioritise across multiple disciplines. You’ll be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
