Role Objectives

To support the c-Commerce Manager (pureplay) to deliver growth across our owned flagship markets through world class campaign and promotional execution, data analysis and competitive intelligence with the support of the offshore trading function in India.

Key accountabilities

• Delivers the international eCommerce promotional plan through active management of the critical path with our offshore and onshore teams, as well as accurate briefing and testing

• Runs the department’s promotion planning meeting and owns any updates or amends to the promotion planner

• Provides sales and order forecasting by day & hour to relevant stakeholders for key events

• Supports the pureplay eCommerce Manager with the trading of our pureplay markets

• Collaborates with Marketing Managers to optimise marketing activity to support trade plans

• Provides analysis of key events and promotions, as well as ad-hoc analysis

• Works with the offshore team to maintain site standards and leads the corrections & amends process

• Implements reactive trade actions within the salesforce commerce cloud business manager

• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and SLA reduction and works with the relevant stakeholders to implement

• Drive improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction

Key skills

• Previous experience in an ecommerce role

• Prioritisation, managing to deadlines and attention to detail

• Knowledge of international e-commerce practices

• Experience analysing and reporting information, ideally with experience of web analytics

• Competitor and commercial awareness

• Experience of working with 3rd parties and with stakeholders across an organisation

• Background in working with offshore operations preferred

• Experience of using Salesforce commerce cloud is desirable
