Summary

The Food Central Support team are a key operational function, providing system and data support to the rest of the Food group, as well as maintaining critical data for stores. Based in Supply chain, the team engage with a wide range of stakeholders across Foods and IT in a support and consultative capacity, working together to deliver the Food transformation plan.

We are looking for a detailed orientated person who has experience working within a fast-paced agile environment and has a good understanding of key Foods processes and systems. A forward-thinking data driven mindset is essential, alongside a willingness to embrace new technology and desire to invigorate ways of working. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain a broad understanding of end to end Foods processes from a system and data perspective.

About the role

Your key accountabilities will include

• Manage and amend all systemic changes for existing site and depot changes.

• Manage and amend systemic new store setup and closures in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.

• Deliver contractual requirements for Franchise partnerships/ International and new store openings

• Implement peak site data changes end to end, owning the communications and delivery on behalf of Foods.

• Deliver site data audits aligned to the Data Quality roadmap.

• Manage high-risk master data changes that require IT support i.e. SAP hierarchy creation.

• Maintain the NART on behalf of Foods.

• Create and maintain all ad-hoc and mandatory CSSM counts.

• Support the supplier setup process through providing commercial approval and processing supplier information in SAP.

• Provide IT and Business project support as site master data and system SMEs.

• Manage Remedy logs/ I.T. issues to successful completion, ensuring the user gets timely support. Make sure the root cause is fully understood and documented, in line with FCS process.

• Agree with IT service level requirements and IT support necessary to deliver an appropriate service to Food.

• Provide out of hours on-call support

• Manage the creation and maintenance of user access across the Food systems, ensuring compliance at all times

• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across business processes within Food.

• Meet performance objectives and ways of working.

• Accurate production and distribution of documented data

• Ability to work quickly, under pressure and to meet deadlines

• Ability to analyse and interpret data • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Able to effectively communicate technical subjects to a non-technical audience

• Good team working skills

• Food system proficiency: SAP, FMD, SCRD, ASO, ORCA, Q.

• Advanced Excel.

• Good understanding of Food operations and IT systems.

• Timely management of user query SLAs adhering to the IT support model
