M&S Ilford is a busy store on the high street, part of the Essex region. We are consistently delivering growth on the year, setting stretching targets. We are located within a busy shopping center with a very loyal and friendly customer base. We trade strongly throughout the day enjoying a strong evening trade.

·  This role will suit a dynamic individual who is highly motivated and would enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment
·  The successful candidate will be the 2nd member of an established Section Coordinator team
·  The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the sales floor, ensuring day to day processes are carried out efficiently and at pace to support the sales floor and the needs of the customer
·  The role also requires global cover to ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service from every member of the team, whilst delivering the day-to-day operation of the store and driving sales to a high standard
·  You will need to deliver processes and operations with pace, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time for service, sales, standards and safety. You will be required to support and develop the Operations/foods team with regular feedback, training and communication
·  The applicant will be expected to have a flexible approach to shifts so that as part of the Section Co-Ordinator team all shifts are covered.

·  Ensure ready to trade standards are maintained throughout the trading day for customers and colleague
·  Be able to prioritize tasks accordingly during challenging trading periods, ie Christmas
·  Have a digital mindset and be open to innovation, always striving to improve
