Job description

• Participate in the analysis of training and development needs and review, and in the creation of related reports and presentations.
• Administer, maintain, improve, and monitor accurate rosters, trackers, attendance records, acknowledgment forms, user registrations, curriculum/course assignments, usage, cost, and performance reporting, as well as other required documentation and tracking in analysis tools and/or learning management system.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties related to the organization´s development efforts, such as ordering supplies and materials, planning, and coordinating logistics for events. Maintain training facilities to include material inventory and ordering, room set-up, break-down and equipment preparation.
• Participate in the sourcing and selection of external partners (i.e., vendors, consultants, training providers, and internal departments) to support the execution of all training and developmental activities, and contribute to the evaluation of their efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with expectations.
• Assist with the development of tools and assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses and organizational impact. Participate in the design and implementation of effective follow-up and investigation into training outcomes, and in the learner performance assessment as it relates to training objectives.
• Assist with the invoicing and internal bill-back processing and tracking of all training and development activities and events.
• Support Onboarding processes and procedures, including facilitating orientation workshops.
• Support and plan activities related to our Engagement strategy (from satisfaction survey to organizing corporate activities designed to recognize employees and foster employee satisfaction and engagement such as the employee of the quarter, service award, birthday celebrations, Christmas party, etc.) to increase employee engagement.
• Contribute to the performance appraisals by assisting in the administration of the process, and monitor compliance with the timetable. Participate in the creation of related reports and training presentations.
• Track, collect, compile, synthesize, and report analysis from various sources of all OD initiatives. Make recommendations of solutions for continuous improvement, to help monitor progress and to support the needs of management.

Profile

EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business. or related field
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service related role. Prior experience in planning events, projects or programs highly desired.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Fluency in English. Language fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and/or French a plus.
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Other systems or tools such as InDesign, Photoshop and/or eLearning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
• Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
• Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, and generate recommendations and solutions
