The core responsibility of the BBW Testing Team is to provide financial guidance to the business regarding future merchandising, assortment and in-store offers. The Test Analyst is responsible for coordinating cross-functional groups to ensure timely and consistent test execution. This role will also assist in analyzing and reporting the financial impacts of test results using testing software and ad hoc methods. Project management responsibilities will include, monitoring test activity, managing a master test calendar, communicating testing directions, and choosing markets throughout the season. Archive updated tests. Reports to Testing Manager.

Must possess the ability to:
• Coordinate and assist with execution of all approved tests in a timely fashion
• Partner cross-functionally to execute all approved tests in a timely fashion, driving for excellent home office and store execution
• Monitor test activity, making recommendations and communicating pertinent information to Sr. Analyst and Manager where appropriate
• Continuously manage and update the Master Test Calendar with accuracy and organization
• Partner with the Store Operations team to effectively communicate test initiatives to our field partners
• Design test and analyses including development of spreadsheet models, choosing test stores and periods, communicate test directions to stores and ensuring appropriate marketing and merchandising instruction is in place
• Analyze, summarize and communicate results of tests, promotional reads and projects using testing software, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist Sr Analyst in project test preparation including the development of spreadsheet models, choosing test stores and period, and ensuring appropriate marketing and merchandising structure is in place
• Assist in reporting weekly test results to pertinent stakeholders
• Coordinate the testing activity by store, department and category
• Support Testing Manager with hindsight analysis, providing recommendations where necessary
• Perform ad hoc analysis related to merchandise testing

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 0-2 years planning / financial analysis / analytical experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and proactive about setting and tackling priorities
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and via presentations in group settings
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including statistics
• Strong in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills with strong desire to learn new applications
• Strong self- starter mentality, with curiosity and drive to make an impact on the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business-related field, preferred
