JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Management Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for managing the talent and human resource reporting, metrics, and analytics in support of strategic priorities. Leads programs with significant business impact, such as Performance Management, that spans across the entire Mast Global organization, including 11 functions in 13 countries. Performs intermediate to complex analysis of associate data, prepares and presents reports to senior leaders. Makes recommendations and implements process improvements for Human Resources team and Mast Global associates. Supports Learning & Development function of HR Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages several key processes within talent and performance management: Annual Compensation Review (ACR) and mid-year. Creates binders with roll-up information for approval meetings, and facilitates meetings with attendees such as EVP, HR, Mast Global HR Leaders and Compensation.
• Administers other key processes: Organizational Leadership Review (OLR) and Talent Calibrations. Prepares talent and succession reporting and presentations for the Mast Global Leadership.
• Leads other HR partners, including those in region, to ensure talent processes are completed effectively and consistently across the globe. Ensure best practices are being leveraged.
• Performs basic to advanced level analytical work related to talent and HR programs. Provides analytics with key insights for leadership.
• Oversees project management process for performance management communication and training related to goal setting, quarterly check-in’s, and development plans.
• Initiates process improvements for talent related activities that can be implemented on a global basis. Co-leads the HR Strategic Initiatives focused on the foundations and standard operating procedures.
• Ensures Mast Global remains within allocated headcount and reconciles headcount with Monthly Headcount Report, Headcount Tracker, and Org Charts.
• Key liaison with Finance team to ensure headcount and appropriate metrics align with the payroll.
• Representative for Mast Global with the HR Access system. Completes special projects and works with MGT on issue resolution. Assists with various projects linked to performance and succession management.
• Develops reporting strategies to meet management requests and needs for HR related information.
• Administrator and content owner for the Mast Global HR SharePoint site, and on-going initiatives such as People on the Move, Weekly Roster, HR Inbox management (special focus on L&D, MGT, DC).
• Performs special projects and related tasks as needed. Projects are often complex, with significant business impact, and management of multiple projects at one time is required.
• Provide support for Learning & Development function such as planning process, logistical support, and analysis. POC for Learning Manager system for Mast HR.
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of human resources and/or related experience
• Proficient computer skills (examples include):
oExcel - Vlookups, Filtering, Sorts, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas, etc.
oHRMS – including Performance Management
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates successful teaming/collaboration with internal groups
• Ability to handle several projects at one time
• Handles confidential information with the highest degree of discretion
• Exhibits a high aptitude of verifying and evaluating statistical information
