Description

Individual contributor position responsible for providing administrative support to a Regional Director.  Composes letters, emails, memos and other correspondence.  Functional area knowledge; pulls budgets; expense report reconciliation; meeting materials agenda.  Answers basic telephone inquiries and communicates inquires from field managers and associates.  Performs general record keeping, filing and photocopying.   Makes travel arrangements. 

Must possess the ability to:
    - Communicate clear, concise direction; provide assistance and follow-up on policies, procedures and projects to multiple districts and shops
    - Facilitate the coordination and timely execution of home office projects and assignments with the field organization
    - Assist the Client Service Department in addressing and correcting all client service issues in the region
    - Follow up with District Directors and Store Management to ensure client and associate service-related issues have been addressed
    - Communicate directly with clients and associates to provide satisfaction and bring issues to resolution
    - Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients and all levels throughout the company
    - Communicate company programs and changes in a positive, effective and timely manner
    - Use administrative, time management and organizational skills to handle many tasks simultaneously
    - Use a variety of office equipment to ensure smooth daily functioning of a Regional Office
    - Plan, organize and schedule numerous events (meetings, travel, visits, appointments) for, or on behalf of, the Regional Vice President or Market Director
    - Exercise good judgment, initiative and analytical skills
    - Ensure policies, procedures and guidelines are communicated in a timely fashion to District Directors and stores
    - Execute and efficiently process all requests made by Regional Manager or Regional VP and home office management and associates
    - Maintain all current and terminated management files
    - Process payroll and benefit information relating to management in a timely and accurate manner
    - Provide requested information to home office
    - Handle all promotion, termination and disciplinary information in a professional and confidential manner

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree preferred
·  2+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably retail
·  Prior experience working in a retail store preferred
