At Bath & Body Works, the Regional Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a Regional Director. The Regional Assistant collaborates with internal partners in the field and Home Office as well as external clients. Strong writing skills are required to compose letters, emails, memos and other correspondence. Strong business acumen required for pulling budgets and expense report reconciliation. Strong organizational skills are important for calendar management, making travel arrangements, record keeping, creating meeting materials, filing and photocopying. Reports to a Bath & Body Works Regional Director.

We want you to:

• Communicate clear, concise direction; provide assistance and follow-up on policies, procedures and projects to multiple districts and stores
• Facilitate the coordination and timely execution of home office projects and assignments with the field organization
• Communicate company programs and changes in a positive, effective and timely manner
• Assist the Client Service Department in addressing and correcting all client service issues in the region
• Follow up with district managers and store managers to ensure client and associate service-related issues have been addressed
• Use a variety of office equipment to ensure smooth daily functioning of a Regional Office
• Plan, organize and schedule numerous events (meetings, travel, visits, and appointments) for, or on behalf of, the Vice President
• Ensure policies, procedures and guidelines are communicated in a timely fashion to district managers and stores
• Execute and efficiently process all requests made by Vice President and home office management and associates
• Maintain all current and terminated management files
• Process payroll and benefit information relating to management in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide requested information to home office
• Handle all promotion, termination and disciplinary information in a professional and confidential manner

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
• Exercise good judgment, initiative and analytical skills
• Communicate directly to provide satisfaction and bring issues to resolution
• Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients and all levels throughout the company
• Use administrative, time management and organizational skills to handle many tasks simultaneously
• Strong follow-through skills
• Comprehensive and concise communication skills
• Ability to independently and proactively prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
• Efficiency and effectiveness in time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience preferred
