L Brands Facilities Services team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance to more than six million square feet of distribution space across our three campuses in Central Ohio. We have sophisticated material handling conveyors and state of the art sortation systems that are constantly evaluated and upgraded to keep our 24/7 business productive and competitive. The Supervisor of Maintenance will work in collaboration with engineering professionals, construction professionals, DC Operations and brand leadership to support both short and long-term strategies for all brands. Provide oversight to maintain the facilities infrastructure and related assets. Reports to the Manager of Facilities Services and provides leadership for Facilities Technicians.

Responsibilities include:

·  Responsible for all facilities related activities on assigned shift
·  Responsible for both routine and non-routine departmental operating procedures and policies as they relate to building, grounds keeping, electrical, HVAC, electronics, material handling and vehicle maintenance
·  Communicate and interact successfully with the Customer dailyR
·  Recommend and /or initiate short term changes to meet long-range goals and objectives
·  Lead multicraft Facilities Technicians
·  Identify non-productive situations and seek solutions to problems
·  Analyze job accomplishments and advise key members of the staff on work completed, problem areas and recommend areas for improvement
·  Follow department purchasing and invoicing approval procedures

Qualifications

·  A minimum of three years related experience in management - BS, MBA or graduate degree is a plus
·  A minimum of five years’ experience in a related environment, distribution OR manufacturing.
·  Record or effective team leadership and talent development 
·  Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills  
·  Effectiveness in working within a team/matrix organization
·  In-depth familiarity with facility operations and related procedures
·  Strong project management skills with attention to details
·  Working knowledge of PC based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling and other project management tools, and databases
·  General familiarity with Information Systems as related to Maintenance Management, Purchasing and Inventory
·  Requires strong communication
·  Mature, open working style that stimulates a sense of cooperation and ownership, and that produces results
·  Demonstrated diagnostic and problem-solving skills
·  High level of integrity
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Structured thinker
·  Detail and precision orientation
