POSITION SUMMARY : Design, develop and evaluate training materials to support the current and future learning needs of exempt and non-exempt associates.  Align with stakeholders to set learning end goals, and with the support of knowledge assessments, create content that successfully fills learning gaps.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Utilizes organization’s LMS platform to house, regularly update and execute eLearning curriculums in accordance with learning strategy
-Frequently partner with stakeholders to ensure material, curriculums and -Instructional Design approaches are consistent with the larger organization
-Create engaging learning experiences that support multiple delivery channels, including instructor-led classroom learning, on the job learning, and eLearning
-Manage all learning projects to meet or exceed deadlines
-Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from final material design to implementation of programs
-Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all business partners across the organization
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work efficiently, handling concurrent demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to utilize video camera to conduct live video recordings, uploads and basic edits
Strong facilitation/presentation skills
Conveys information clearly and effectively
Project management skills – through collaboration, create detailed and attainable project plans
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Demonstrated positive work attitude that enables strong teaming and partnerships
Ability to establish rapport with business partners at all levels
Understanding of basic needs assessments

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
BS/BA in Instructional Design or related field/relevant degree
Proficient in Adobe Captivate, Screen Flow, Snaggit
Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
Advanced Microsoft Office application skills, Word, Publisher, Power Point
