OVERVIEW :

·  Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability
·  Role is blend of daily operational planning, ad-hoc analytics, cross-functional coordination and project analytics.
·  Typically reports to Manager of Supply Chain Planning with no direct reports

RESPONSIBILITIES :

·  Ensure the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability
·  Create, analyze, publish, and manage inventory flow plans that support resource planning spanning from Vendor to Store and include labor, space, and expenses
·  Create, analyze, publish, and manage floorset visibility that provides make and move status and foundation for process improvement
·  Create load plans for movement between Vendor and storage locations, balancing cost-, service-, and speed objectives
·  Support process- and/or inventory productivity improvement projects which may span from Vendor to Store
·  Competently operate SAP R/3, Manugistics Fulfillment, EDW, and Flow Planning Databases when performing the above
·  Collaborate with cross-functional partners within Brand- and Mast functions when performing the above

Key Meetings:

Identified in venues which include but are not limited to:

·  Cross-functional flow projection reviews
·  Floorset hindsights and/or readiness reviews
·  Process improvement project updates
·  Staff meetings
·  Individual performance reviews and/or touchbases

Is a trusted advisor through the development of relationships with:

·  Brand: MP&A, Store Operations, Finance
·  MAST: Logistics, Finance, Production

Provides these groups with analytics and insights which improve the alignment between demand, supply, and operations capabilities.

Data Management and Analytics

Examples include but are not limited to:

·  Extraction of SAP, Manugistics, and EDW data
·  Flow Planning article master
·  Inventory flow projections
·  Exception reporting
·  Floorset readiness
·  Recurring projects
·  Ad hoc requests
·  Vendor-to-DC load plans

Talent Management:

·  Create a development plan for individual career growth in Supply Chain and LBrands knowledge, the application of knowledge and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
·  Participate in self-evaluation and receive a formal performance evaluation annually with quarterly check-ins.

Scope ranges from Operational to Tactical, including but not limited to:

·  Flow Plan management
·  Network tables and calendars
·  Projections and analytics
·  Expediting merchandise
·  Vendor-to-DC Load plans
·  Informs short term resource planning

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations or engineering is preferred

•1-3 years of inventory management or distribution management experience in high volume, fast paced seasonal or heavily promoted businesses (retail or consumer goods) is preferred

•Ability to solve problems in an abstract environment

•Confident with managing and analyzing inventory and distribution data for the purpose of providing insights

•Passion for supply chain improvement

•Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with and influencing team members to achieve goals

•Expertise using Microsoft Excel, familiar with Microsoft Access (ability to import data and build queries), familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, familiar with Microsoft Visio
