· 
Support to complete quarterly competition book and brand book

· 
New product spot and product buy and stock maintenance (skin métier)

· 
Coordinate competition technique decoding & documentation

· 
Product bench reference for competitiveness assessment (Need to be very clear with internal product formula and OD offers)

· 
Responsible for competitors evaluation, follow up & synthesis

· 
At least 3 years’ experience in cosmetic formulation, basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills, skin biology and consumers.

· 
Master degree in related science: polymer, physical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, food industry, fine industry, etc.

· 
Good listening, writing and speaking in English

· 
Clear communication and ability of quick adaptation

· 
Open minded, ownership and responsible, strong interest in cosmetic  

· 
Love to learn, practice and experience

· 
willing to exchange, sharing and collaborate

· 
Strong team work sense

· 
Efficient and impressive communication with internal and external partners to ensure transmission of results, promotion of technical expertise.

Showing team work and leadership in an interdisciplinary project team, propose innovative effective solution to project team based on technical expertise and know-how.
