YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE WILL THEREFORE BE:

·  Support sustainability program (L’Oréal For the Future) roll out in Adria-Balkan countries
·  Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on relevant sustainability projects
·  Communicate effectively and contribute to company’s reputation
·  Monitor the results and completion of the activities developed to reach the set goals
·  Complete administrative tasks that ensure smooth program implementation

IDEAL PROFILE:

·        Holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree

·        Has at least 2 years of previous experience in project management

·        Experience in CSR environment is an advantage

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent communications skills

·        Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Ready to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, independent in job execution

·        Result-oriented person with hands-on and proactive approach

·         Fluent in Croatian and English

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
