COMMUNICATIONS GRADUATE PROGRAM

A Graduate Program at L’Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain a strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in industry! Come & join one of our communications teams for a 6-12 months assignment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES

Media & Influencer Relations

·      Manage daily media or influencer requests for prices, photos, product samples, including liaising with Marketing for pricing and sending products via courier 

·      Create posting schedules for all influencer campaigns and ensure timely posting with consistent follow up

·      Liaise with legal on all influencer campaign contracts and ensure timely submission of drafts

·      Manage internal contract signature process

·      Register talent and influencers in the supplier system for paid collaborations

PR Kits

·      Coordinate PR Kit dispatch logistics between all brands and dispatch agency

·      Review media & influencer lists proposed by agency and adjust where required

·      Ensure timely submission of PR Kit reports by agency

Events

·      Create guest lists, send invitations, follow up to secure guests

·      Support Communications Manager in providing recommendations and/or supplier leads on event design, venues, photography, catering and other elements as needed

·      On-ground support during events

Trips/Photoshoots

·      Manage all logistics pertaining to media & influencer trips including: flight and hotel bookings, coordination of transfers, creation of guest schedules where required

·      On-ground support during shoots

Presentations & Reports

·      Create and track all projects on the company’s influencer marketing intelligence tool

·      Work on campaign/event/PR activity wrap up reports within a defined template

·      Support the Communications Manager in creating presentations for multiple teams, where required

Other

·      Consistently update activity calendars, posting schedules and media lists 

·      Maintain log of all PR activity costs

·      Track all contracts and ensure final versions are scanned and filed to the correct folders

·      Support the Communications Manager with planning internal communication events, reports or social media moment   

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

·  You must be a fresh graduate  (less than 2 years)
·  Available to start by July 2020
