·  How much will you earn?  We are aligned with the legal frame for apprentice recompensation, your salary depends on different factors such as your level of studies, your age and if you have done other apprenticeships before

Discover Internal control at L'Oréal 

In a multinational group with a big and growing business to pilot and a more and more complex environment, internal control plays a key part in ensuring our continuous success. Working with our internal control teams you will help to implement the Group Internal Control framework to reinforce' the processes effectiveness and prevent Entity risks in order to contribute to sustainable development of the activity.

So what does your job look like?

Reporting to the Internal Control Director/Manager of your entity, with the support of a strong integration program, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assistance in the management of the Entity's Internal Control roadmap and priorities (all business functions and divisions in France)
- Regular follow-up of KPIs and mitigating controls
- Coordination of the Internal Control improvement projects (TOP 5, separation of duties, prevention of fraud, security of payment methods etc.)
- Animation of the corruption prevention program within the Entity
- Assistance to draw up simple and effective procedures that comply with local laws, Group referential and good practices
- Participation in Group studies about risk management and compliance
- Assistance in the promotion of staff understanding of challenges and discernment by the distribution of tools, training and exchange of good practices
- Management of access rights to SAP
- Management of the Statutory Auditors' review of internal control and the progress of internal audit tasks

As a strategic business partner, you will support and advise your stakeholders and you will be successful if you manage to cooperate proactively with all departments, prioritize and simplify messages to obtain managers' support and teams' commitment, operate with rigor, method and pragmatism, taking into account the entity's organization and processes and demonstrate a positive critical thinking to improve the level of internal control.

This experience will particularly allow you to gain a good knowledge of the Group tools, referential (charters, standards, processes, systems, etc.) and all the different métiers.

·  A Master student   - No marge of negotiation on this one! Able to provide an apprenticeship contract (apprentissage or professionalisation)  of 12 months - no negotiation either!
