Job description



MISSION

To take care of all part of human resources management in Consumer Product Division (CPD), by working in close proximity with all individuals across the division.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Partnering

·  Work closely with GM CPD & the team to design the organization for the future and provide HR perspective on the evolving organization
·  Act as a positive agent of change by having proximity with many layers in the organization
·  Key partner with GM and Controller on SG&A management and work with Finance Controller on planning & controlling Headcount in division 
·  Providing coaching and advice to line managers on policies and Group practices
·  Ensuring the ethical conduct, compliance, timely and efficient processing of all associated HR workflows / procedures / policies across the division.
·  Managing of all aspects of employee relations including disciplines, grievances etc including if necessary liaison with the IR / legal department
·  Supporting the overall HR agenda across the division and participating in department initiatives and projects as required

Talent Acquisition

·  Together with the recruitment team ensuring the timely recruitment and effective integration of individual into the organization
·  Anticipate future talent need of the organization and provide Talent Pipe management for all key positions
·  Promoting a great company to work in: ensuring respect of the L’Oréal values and Code of Ethics, and fostering a positive and fun work environment

Talent Management

·  Strategic People/Position/Manpower planning in line with 3 year Divison’s strategy
·  Perform People Review with Division Head & HRD twice a year
·  Working with all stakeholders in ensuring a strategic approach to succession planning and providing clear career paths for employees, as well as providing the necessary for having good level of employees retention
·  Organise for all Management Trainee and young talent key checks once a quarter – including meetings with the GM

Learning

·  Craft and adjust Integration and Learning plans for selective employees in key positions
·  Working with the Learning for Development Manager to implement all aspects of LFD including induction, career development programs and MAP.

Rewards

·  Work with the Rewards Manager to ensure appropriate remuneration structures and competitiveness are maintained for the division
·  Key partner on Compensation & Rewards management – Mid Year, End Year
