Medical Representative – Skincare

Summary:

Medical Representative is a key position in building good relationship with Dermatologists in the assigned areas in order to leverage the number of prescriptions of active cosmetic products in the portfolio. This person is responsible for sales achievement, numbers of call pressure, while delivering good service through medical channel.

Accountability:

·        Building up prescription of VC product by derm visit and detailing, relation activities

·        Identifying and establishing and opening new business (both Hospitals and clinics) and negotiating contracts

·        Demonstrating/presenting products to relevant healthcare staffs including doctors and pharmacists

·        Maintaining customer/ hospital profiles, reports and records

·        Attending /organizing medical activities, exhibitors,conferences and meetings

·        Generating sales performance and budgeting

·        Coaching and working closely with DA or pharmacists hospitals (if any in hospitals) to generate advise

Qualification:

·        Bachelor degree in any related field (Prefer Science, Medical Science, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, Public health, healthcare)

·        Male or Female age 26-32, with at least 2-3 years direct experience working as Med Rep

·  Pharmaceutical market intelligence is preferable
·  Knowledge of medical fieldwork especially in Dermatology, brand and products
·  Understanding of healthcare market and competition, hospitals selling, customer service practices
·  Result oriented and well organized
·  Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
