You will:

Be a part of the marketing brand team within our Consumer Products Division, which requires a talented, enthusiastic and driven Marketing Assistant to provide efficient and effective marketing and administrative support to the team.

Key elements to your role:

• Efficiently and autonomously handle day-to-day team administrative & organisational tasks
• Manage online and in-store competitor analysis and reporting
• Managing  the logistics of the cyclical team calendar (e.g. Monday Kick Offs, sign off, Breakfast Bonding, etc).
• Organising logistics for offsites
• Providing administrative support and ad hoc reporting to drive team performance
• Rigorous and regular tracking/updating of marketing budget
• Managing legal and artwork approvals across the UK Legal and Scientific Team
• Manage ad hoc marketing projects including in store collateral, mailers and email creative and deliver and present results to senior management as needed
• Place product & sample orders and maintain fully stocked product cupboard for sales team sample requests, customer goody bags  and products for photoshoots
• Raise purchase orders on behalf of the team, and manage web cycles.
