About the position
The Associate (RPA) will be working in Intelligent Automation domain in a techno functional role and develop proprietary RPA solutions using. This Position will be required to work extensively with Audit business Teams for developing automation using RPA platforms in line with standard RPA principles and conventions for Audit engagements.
Broadly, the key responsibilities are:
• Intelligent Automation Development - Be a part of the team that is responsible for development of intelligent automation solution using, Python, ML, NLP & RPA platforms and ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Adept to leading technologies and utilize RPA platforms such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere etc. and build a strong domain knowledge.
• Design, Develop and review the RPA automation solution.

Roles and responsibilities
The Associate will be predominantly responsible to -
• Expert on leading RPA tools such as UiPath and others.
• Understand the business process requirements and design.
• Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
• Configure automation processes as per TDD.
• Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach.
• Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.
• Perform Quality review of automated solution and provide feedback to junior team members.
• Lead and manage multiple RPA projects.
• Lead efforts related to RPA technology and architecture while closely working IT technology and infrastructure team.
• Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
• Work with project leads on technology platform related issues and provide plausible suggestion for improvements.
• Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within agreed turnaround time
• Timely raise any issues identified to the Managers so that the quality and turnaround time are not impacted
• Plan and organize the work in such a way that the Quality and efficiency are not impacted on the deliverables
• Lead / participate in firm's strategic initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs

Essential skills
• Education and Experience Requirements
• B.E or B.Tech with IT/Computer Science/ specialization.
• 2+ years of post qualification experience.
• Extensive experience of 2+ years in RPA tools
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services).
• Advanced Developer & Infrastructure certification in UiPath RPA platform

Preferred Competencies
• Expertise on programming languages e.g. .Net, C#, Python & SQL
• Expertise on Process Design documents, Technical Design documents in Automation space.
• Proactive problem solver with good planning and organizing skills
• Attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Strong communication abilities (both written & spoken English skills)
• Be a quick learner and demonstrate ability to adapt to change
