KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Business Enablement Services to join our KPMG’s Global Business Enablement Services organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Lead the conception, design, development and deployment of a tiered multi-day learning session attended by staff from multiple countries
·  Manage internal and external resources tasked with support of a large program, including project managers, third party event facility management, transportation vendors, communications, and subject matter professionals
·  Develop training collateral such as instructor-led training, virtual classroom materials and sessions, web-based training and videos
·  Take ownership of projects from beginning to completion
·  Interview product owners, subject matter professionals, and targeted learners to determine gaps in knowledge and skills
·  Evaluate requirements for potential training instructors, and design a program to enable individuals to facilitate training sessions

Qualifications:

·  Minimum five years learning and development experience preferably with designing and developing technical and soft skills training from a professional services environment
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Experience managing large scale initiatives which include collaboration with multiple groups and roles responsible for numerous tasks including logistics, communications, content development, and budget oversight desired
·  Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented corporate environment
·  Ability to create innovative, highly interactive training for classroom and virtual environments as well as self-paced learning
·  Experience working in a global environment is preferred
