The Intelligent Automation Developer thrives in a unique software development culture where thinking outside the box is required daily and creative input in necessary to solve business problems. You will build intelligent automation improvements of existing business processes, and design strategic transformations that go beyond simple point-to-point integration moving towards sophisticated and transformational intelligent automation re-engineering initiatives.

You will work proactively to:
·  Perform investigative interviews to elicit stakeholder perspectives, motivations and requirements. From stakeholder interviews you will define functional and technical system requirements.
·  Design data driven automation of processes and decisions that span across multiple technology platforms.
·  Evaluate solutions for scalability, performance and best practices and compliance with development standards.
·  Implement the full life cycle of a robotic and cognitive automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and, develop, test and deploy solutions using industry leading cognitive and automation tools.
·  Build and configure scalable and efficient intelligent automation solutions and reusable components that can be leveraged across different business lines.
·  Manage UAT and deployment of intelligent automation solution with client stakeholders.
·  Embed machine learning and cognitive capabilities into integration workflows and automated processes.
·  Serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize intelligent automation technologies to streamline and optimise existing and new business processes. In addition to your focus on client engagements, you will contribute to the definition and enhancement of intelligent automation disciplines within the practice.

You bring to the role
·  3-5 years' experience developing large scale RPA and BPM implementations across design, development, testing and deployment.
·  A proven ability to undertake the responsibilities and requirements of the role, as listed above.
·  Solid technical experience in an IT programming development environment with evidence of the ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, unit test and documentation.
·  Development experience with:
·  Appian Cloud (or similar product), delivering process automation, decision table automation and human task web applications.
·  Blue Prism, delivering RPA automation using UI driven bots.
·  Development of auditability and exception handling framework across Appian and Blue Prism platforms.
·  Experience with:
·  AWS Infrastructure (eg. AWS Lambda, DynomoDB, VPCs)
·  Integrating process Automation platforms with ESB platforms for API integration (eg. MuleSoft)
·  Creation of documentation to support operationalisation of automation, including, solution design, test methodologies, operational readiness assessment and other architecture and design documents needed to support the software development lifecycle.
·  An appreciation and knowledge of the emerging artificial intelligence and automation technology trends and their impact on the consumer and business landscape.
·  Solid understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
·  Experience in development and implementation of automated machine learning tools and techniques. What we offer you
