Overview of the opportunity:
KPMG Risk Management requires a Risk Administrator to support Partners/Engagement Teams to manage and process the onboarding of acquisition-clients.
What you will do:

·  Create new Entity and/or Opportunity records in the Client Relationship Management database
·  Ensure Entity and Opportunity information received by the Partner / Engagement Team is correct, and pro-actively follow up with the Engagement Team for missing information and for clarifications
·  Administering multiple in-house applications and processes
·  Process and submit requests in KPMGs' proprietary systems which facilitates compliance with Firm and Regulatory policies, follow up on outstanding approvals and investigate discrepancies
·  Act as a subject matter expert for KPMG's internal risk management process and respond to field queries.
·  Act as main point of contact for the Partner/Engagement Team's queries on internal risk management requests
·  Ensure required risk management / compliance information is received by the Engagement Team, and pro-actively follow up with the Engagement Team for missing information
·  Assist with submission of conflict checks and ensure mitigation requirements (i.e. ethical dividers, disclosures, consent, conflict letters) are highlighted and provided to the Engagement Team to action/follow through
·  Administer and manage a work queue, assigning incoming risk incidents to available Risk Management Analysts.
·  Proactively engage in interactions in a professional manner with a one team mentality to achieve SLA and turnaround targets to ensure a high service level
What you bring to the role:

·  College diploma or an equivalent combination of education / experience in a professional environment.
·  Minimum 5 years administration experience.
·  Good judgment and analytical skills.
·  Excellent written and communication skills.
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Ability to interact with colleagues at all professional levels
·  Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
·  Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
·  Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.
·  High aptitude in learning new systems/technology
·  Ability to assimilate, analyze and facilitate information sharing
·  Advanced skills with MS Office Products. In particular, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
·  Experience in the areas of quality control, risk management / compliance would be an asset.
·  Some travelling to acquisition sites/offices will be required.
