Overview of the opportunity:

·  This contract position is responsible for assisting in the administration of 2019 T4,T5,T3 & T\u00271processing. The position is located in theBurnaby office and will commenceFebruary 2020 until approximatelyApril 2020.

Responsibilities:

·  Monitoring the flow of information coming into the office and delivery of information to various personnel.
·  Update daily progress and database reports.
·  Process e-file returns and other tasks as assigned.
·  Ordering and maintaining supplies.
·  Printing and word processing of tax returns
·  Ad hoc projects.
*Overtime is expected and will consist of evening and weekend work during this busy time of year.

Requirements:

·  Strong organizational and time management skills.
·  Proven ability to set priorities, manage workload and juggle multiple tasks.
·  Ability to demonstrate initiative and use judgment in all areas required by the position.
·  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
·  Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of TaxPrep would be an asset.
·  Friendly personality and the ability to work with all levels of employees from many departments at KPMG.
·  Ability to work with minimal direction.
·  Detailed oriented
