We would currently like to offer you to join our Reception team in Sofia .

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Greet all clients and visitors to the firms' premises in a warm, welcoming and professional manner
- Answer guests and colleagues in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to incoming calls, re-directing to other departments as required
- Schedule meetings - including booking of meeting rooms, assisting with catering, facilities/room-set up and communicating requirements clearly to respective departments as required
- Keep contact with couriers, postal offices and other suppliers
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Good English and computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Client orientation
