We invite highly motivated, enthusiast and self-driven professionals to join our growing Regional ASPAC Alliance Team as a Business Support Team Member.

 

Our Regional Alliance Team is looking for Talents to help us accelerate our successful alliances with global leading technology vendors, while growing his/her career working with the Alliance Team across the Asia-Pacific region including ASEAN, China, Japan, Australia.

 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the business by supporting the regional team in facilitating the overall operations and management of key technology alliances in ASPAC. The role involves:
• Facilitate and smoothen the day-to-day administration and operations of the alliance teams across the region, supporting a team of professionals who are leading the relationship and growth of our KPMG technology alliances
• Responsible for specific projects for the alliance team
• Preparing/updating regular business reporting working with the alliance leads
• Arranging meetings or appointments with external/internal stakeholders to progress various projects
• Coordinating corporate and external events
• Manages the travel and accommodation arrangements and logistics for overseas travel of the alliance team
• Onboarding new joiners in the regional alliance team
• Clerical duties which involves word processing, replying to email enquiries, composing correspondence, answering phone enquiries, & filing.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

The ideal candidate should possess:
• At least a Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in team administration or secretarial work in corporate or a professional services firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Broad business knowledge and vocabulary in technology and/or consulting industry
• A positive team player with meticulous attention to details
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, proactive in solving possible conflicts/issues
