Job description

In this role you:
work as a member of our internal quality and risk management team and will manage the review of contracts, agreements, offer letters, and so on.
make sure all contractual risks are covered before the final submittal of a binding offer and you come up with amendments if necessary in line with legal requirements as well as KPMG policies and procedures.
provide support regarding Request for proposalsfrom public sector entities.
provide high quality legal assistance and act as a true business partner for our internal clients. You will help the business to finalize the contractual discussions with our customers.
will make sure that all contractual risks linked to our business with our customers are reviewed.
Your profile:
You have a bachelors degree in law with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in contract review at a law firm or in-house procurement department;
Knowledge about contract law, and basic knowledge regarding the law of public procurement and GDPR is an asset;
You have a passion for contracts, offer letters,… and you can work in a very accurate and autonomous way;
Excellent command of English and Dutch or French;
A good sense of resilience, hands-on mentality and pragmatic creativity;
Strong analytical competencies that enable you to solve complex legal issues.
